Maths Optional · Daily Practice

Practice that finds where you're losing marks — and quietly works on it with you.

A short, personalised Maths-optional set, every day. It watches where your marks are leaking and rebuilds your practice around exactly that — so the hours you study actually move your score. It doesn't replace your coaching or your books. It sits on top of them. It's free for everyone through the 2026 Mains — no invite, no card. Sign in and start today.

What you get

Here's what a day with it looks like, and what's inside.

  • A small set, built for you. Not a giant question dump. A short daily set, chosen for where you are right now — enough to make real progress, little enough to actually finish.
  • An engine that adapts. Tell it honestly how each problem went. It learns, and tomorrow's set shifts toward the topics where you're shaky and eases off the ones you've got. The more you use it, the sharper its aim.
  • A growing question bank. Built on every UPSC Maths-optional question from 2013 onward — solved, checked, and explained — and it keeps growing. You won't run out, and you won't keep seeing the same five problems.
  • Your own coverage map. See your ground across all 13 syllabus areas at a glance — what you've broken into, what's holding up, what's still untouched. The syllabus stops being a fog.
  • An honest readiness signal. A calm, plain read on where you stand — never a score that judges you, never a false promise that you're "ready."
  • Built for a basic phone. Light on data, quick on a low-end Android. Made for studying on the move, not for a fast laptop you don't have.

How it works

Four steps. No setup, no manual.

  1. Tell it what you've studied. Pick the subjects you've already covered. It only ever practises you on ground you've stepped onto — never something you haven't reached yet.
  2. Get your set for the day. A short set lands, built around your weak spots. Something you can land early is usually in there, on purpose.
  3. Work each one on paper. Then tell it the truth. Did it click, or did you get stuck? You report it yourself — honestly. This is tuning, not a test. Nobody is marking you.
  4. It adjusts, quietly. Your answers reshape tomorrow's set. Over days, your practice bends toward exactly the marks you've been leaving behind.

What it is, and what it isn't.

It is

  • A daily practice layer on top of your coaching. Whatever you're already using — a coaching course, a test series, a stack of books — this works with it. It's the practice that makes the rest stick.
  • Personalised to you. It aims at your weak spots, not at an average student's.
  • Honest about what it doesn't know. When it isn't sure where you stand, it says so plainly — because pretending would cost you more than the truth does.

It isn't

  • Not a replacement for your coaching. It won't teach you the syllabus from scratch or hand you lectures. If you have a teacher, keep them. This sharpens what they give you.
  • Not a test that judges you. No ranking against other aspirants, no score thrown in your face. You report your own progress; the engine works for you, not over you.
  • Not a promise of selection. No one can guarantee a UPSC result, and we never will. We can make your daily practice sharper and calmer. That's the honest claim, and it's the whole one.

Why daily, weak-spot-first practice works.

The way this engine practises you isn't a hunch — it's the part of learning science that's no longer in dispute. Three settled ideas do the heavy lifting:

  • Spaced practice beats cramming. Returning to a topic across days, instead of drowning in it once, is how it actually lasts to exam day.
  • Retrieval is what builds memory. You learn a method by doing problems with it, not by re-reading the solution. Every set is retrieval, on paper.
  • Practice helps most at the edge of what you can do. Not so easy it's idle, not so hard it's despair — aimed just past your current reach. Finding that edge for you, every day, is the engine's whole job.

We don't claim a number we haven't earned. We won't tell you "students improved by X%" — we haven't run that study, and we won't invent it. What we'll tell you honestly is what the method is built on, and let your own week of practice be the proof.

The honest landscape

Here's the honest landscape for the Maths optional — no names, just what each kind of help usually costs. Place us yourself.

What it is What it usually costs What you get
Full coaching for the optional ₹40,000 – ₹64,000 Teaching + structure. The big spend.
A test series ₹8,000 – ₹15,500 Tests on a fixed schedule, marked the same for everyone.
One-to-one answer evaluation ~₹200 – ₹500 / script A human eye, paid per answer. Adds up fast.
Free PDFs and YouTube ₹0 Real material — but it can't see you, so it can't adapt to you.
Maths Daily Practice ₹1,999 Free through Mains 2026 A practice engine that adapts to your weak spots, every day.

So why can we sit at ₹1,999 when adapting to one student usually costs a coaching salary? Because of how this is built. Once the engine exists, serving one more aspirant costs us only a few rupees — not the thousands a classroom or a human marker costs. That's not a discount we'll quietly claw back later. It's the actual shape of the thing. It's why a price like this isn't a sale — it's something a person-heavy model genuinely can't match. Around four times less than a test series, and twenty to thirty times less than coaching — for practice that, unlike a free PDF, is built around you.

The price, plainly

After the 2026 Mains, Daily Practice becomes paid. Here's that price — one number, the real one.

₹1,999 · one-time · the full Mains cycle · no subscription, no auto-renew

The real price. No inflated “MRP,” no countdown.

One payment. For the whole cycle, not per month. Nothing renews behind your back.

It's free. In the plain meaning of the word.

Daily Practice is free for everyone through the 2026 Mains. Not "free for 7 days, then we bill you." Not "free, just enter your card to start." Free in the way you wish things were:

  • No card. None needed. There's no payment screen to get past. There isn't one at all.
  • Nothing charged later without you choosing it. After the 2026 Mains, when it becomes paid, you'll know well in advance — and nothing leaves your account unless you decide to stay on.
  • Your email is only to save your progress. So your coverage and your sets are there tomorrow, on any device. That's it. We won't bury you in mail.

Why give it away while it's at its best? Because we're still tuning it, and we'd rather earn your trust by being genuinely useful than by taking your money before we've proven a single thing to you. If a week of practice doesn't help you, you've lost nothing — and you keep every solution and every guide chapter, free, forever, exactly as you found them.

And because you've been burned by a fake "discount" before — here's exactly how we'll show you a price, every time:

How we price

The price you see is the real price.

You know the trick. A price slashed in half. A banner that's been “ending tonight” for months. A “70% off” that somehow never runs out. The high number was never real — so the saving isn't either.

We don't do that. Our price is the price — the same whether you open this today or next month. And if we ever discount, it's a real campaign with a real end date you can hold us to.

Honest answers to what you're probably thinking.

Will this replace my coaching?

No — and it isn't meant to. It's the daily practice layer that sits on top of your coaching or your books and makes them stick. Keep your teacher. This sharpens what they give you.

I'm weak at maths, and English isn't my first language. Is this for me?

Yes. The whole point is to meet you where you are and work outward from there. Problems are aimed just past your current reach, never dumped on you. The language stays plain. You don't need to be "good at maths" already — that's what the practice is for.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

There's no catch. It's free for everyone through the 2026 Mains — no card, no payment screen, and nothing charged later unless you choose to stay on once it becomes paid after this year's Mains. We ask for your email only so your progress is saved for next time.

Will I have to pay later?

After the 2026 Mains, Daily Practice becomes paid — a one-time ₹1,999 for the whole cycle. We'll tell you before anything changes, and the choice to continue is entirely yours. If it hasn't helped you, you owe nothing — and the free solutions and guide stay free for you regardless.

Will it tell me whether I'm ready for the exam?

It gives you an honest, calm read on where you stand across the syllabus — not a score that judges you, and never a false "you're ready." When it can't be sure, it says so. We think the truth serves you better than comfort that isn't earned.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It's built light, for a basic Android phone on patchy data — not for a fast laptop. You can practise on the move.

Will you spam me or sell my details?

No. Your email is for saving your progress and the occasional necessary note about your account. That's the whole use. (See our Privacy policy.)
