A plan gives you access to our personalised practice engine inside your studyoptional account. The free material — every solution and guide chapter — needs no payment and no account at all.

How and when access is delivered

Access is digital and immediate. The moment a payment succeeds, your account is upgraded and the paid engine is available right away — there is no waiting period and nothing is posted to you. You use it on the same website, signed in to your account.

If access doesn't appear

If you've paid and the paid features haven't unlocked within a few minutes, write to [email protected] with the email on your account and we'll sort it out quickly. Approved refunds, if a charge needs reversing, follow our Refund policy.
